Snowdrop Therapy

When you’re ready to bloom..

Snowdrop offers a safe, non-judgemental space where you can take your time to explore your experiences in your own way. My approach is grounded in understanding, compassion, and accountability, with a focus on helping you gently unpack your thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

Therapy

Individual Therapy
A dedicated space to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, at a pace that feels comfortable and supported.

Trauma Therapy
An approach centred on understanding and gently processing trauma, including religious and childhood trauma, with care, steadiness, and respect for your pace.

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision that is reflective, relational, and grounded in strong ethical practice. My intention is to create a space where you feel comfortable to think openly about your work, make sense of your responses, and develop greater clarity and confidence in how you practise.

My approach is collaborative and responsive to what you need in the moment. We can take time to explore cases, reflect on your experiences, and gently work through areas of uncertainty together, with both support and clear guidance where needed.

I have particular experience supporting children within complex systems, including across cultural and multicultural contexts in mental health. I also support social workers working towards Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) status, offering guidance around clinical work, reflective practice, and accreditation requirements.
